Nearly exact! Which parts of your recreation are in-game and which are Photoshop? I'm guessing Rexy and Alan are the Photoshopped parts, since they look the same as in the movie screen.

Yeah its an interactive map somewhere online, presumably the local planning portal. It was great fun to mess about with for a while, the detail on it when zoomed in was quite impressive.

Thomas' Adventure by me.
Because why not. And it never hurts to have more images to use..
I've seen the file that Shambhala/DK plan comes from. It's literally the entire resort (minus Ferrari Land). Very helpful if anyone ever decides to do a full PortAventura recreation!
Here is a sketchup of Shambahala with Dragon Khan as well. Pretty neat.
So i haven't posted anything in my thread here for a while, simply because i haven't actually done anything in NL2 for a while. Other things have been taking up my free time recently.
But anyway, here's something.
I did this towards the end of last year for a friend. Re-created an iconic scene from Jurassic Park using a combination of BeamNG Drive and Photoshop.

Time Machine by me
^^ Nice, really has the flavor of Flying Dutchman.
^^that was lengthy, but fun. That element at 1:50 is simple but I'm a big fan of it. Diving turn with lots of sustained Gs.
^that looks awesome. I'm excited to see this unravel. I've been following your project since NLE.
I had to adjust the ending of the B&M. It failed the estop test. Here's the new result:
Ah. I believe it should if I'm not mistaken.
Vekoma mad-house (thanks Thomas for the find):

Railblazer layout (thanks James and Thomas):

Let me drop this here

I just finished supportwork on Skyliner:

I know I know. I meant that we are probably going to do a scripted blockscript coaster and I wanted to know if that option works with scripted blocks as well. :)
^ There's actually an option in the chain lift settings to do a Holding Brake:

It come preset with the accurate speed, and hold time, for a B&M dive coaster. Just check the box and you're good to go.
Maybe try an offline converter? Blender or Open 3D Model Viewer can also read .lwo and export various formats.
The update looks also great. It's very nice to see that you could fixed the issues with the lights from the first release-version. When i keep on look to the updated screens, it don't looks anymore to the Flying Dutchman copy from the Efteling. But it looks like a complete new attraction! I hope you don't delete the vortex and boat with fire-explosions. It was a very cool special effect in your first version. And another question just about the flying dutchman update; do you use the same music or do you have another soundtrack also? There is mutch licence-free music on the internet to find and maybe it's a good thing to try? Only an idea... Or is the music one of the last reference to the real flying dutchman? I wonder or you as coastercreator think about such things!!
The new Darkride part looks amazing so far :D
I really like all the changes :)
I've used that one before and it had worked. I suggest trying out another online mesh converter. There are many options available from Google.
