I was genuinely shocked when I saw wickerman running at full speed for the first time. Its much faster than anything indicated and I'm impressed. Admittedly its still not the best GCI but my god is it solid and the theming is some of the best I've seen outside of the big parks. My respect to the folk who designed it, they have pulled what is likely Alton's best ride by a mile out of the bag.

Zampano’s AlphaOmega and Mr B’s Mr Magnussen have always been some of my favorites :)
Just based on the videos I've seen of it, the theming looks excellent. Definitely the best at Alton. It's just a shame the ride doesn't seem to match the tone the ride sets, a family coaster doesn't really fit with the theme of you being a sacrifice to a pagan spirit. That said though, the theming still looks great and the ride looks pretty fun.
Skylancer by CoolioJoe. Hands down with this one. Everything is spot on except for the vertical drop connectors.

I've seen so many that I like IDK how I can pick just one (or even a few), tho F1 Raceway randomly comes to mind. It has the perfect blend of fast, crazy twistiness and above average photo-realism.

Wicker Man didn't open yesterday. I'll be riding it next Sunday instead. Though having seen it in person now it really does look fantastic, I just pray to god that the layout delivers a somewhat enjoyable experience.

Mine is "Psiren" (by Projektion) because of its fast pace, snappy transitions, and its perfect roll and general layout design.

^ The new lightning engine did a lot. The old version was released just after the new update, so I never really changed the lighning and tried to simulate the lightning more than use it really. That is now changed.
The new darkride will keep the good parts of the old, most of the time those area's are enhanced, the additions are really there to fill gaps I felt needed attention. The music will mostly be the same since I think it fits the ride really well. I may look for some different music for some parts, but mainly it will stay the same. I'm just to much in love with some of the used music to let it go haha.
