So,
I tried extruding the edge instead of extruding the rest inwards, but it didn’t work. So i just redid the entire thing and now it actually works. Ive tested making the edge on the new model in both ways, and both seemed to work. I dont have an idea why the other model was bugged in the first place.

THANK YOU!!

If I could do something for all of the folks who create the great coasters that they do on this site, I would open a roller coaster simulation amusement park with theater sized simulation rooms for thousands to enjoy your creations on massive screens with all the state-of-the-art feelings a good simulation room can provide. Thank YOU ALL!!

I did some update on a coaster from "AyTrane" coaster called "Millenium Force" and that has an Cable lift , Catch-car and Covers.
Maybe u can ask him if u can use it.

Cable lift?
NoLimits Coaster

I wanna make an Intamin wing coaster, is there any way I can give it a cable lift so its accurate? I've looked around and couldn't really find anything but i know its possible... or at least it used to be.

Thx for the help.

I dont think it has to do with normals, i recalculated the normals several times. For the entire object, the single blocks and even just the surface. When the normals arent correctly calculated, the Geometry isnt displayed correctly. When your looking at it, the face facing you doesnt show up, you can just see the ajacent edges. Thats why i dont think that it has to do with the normals.

What I could imagine is that it has to do with extruding the object inwards, cause despite the top face having no hitbox, it does have one from the inside. In addition the darker edges of the foundation also have collision.
I didnt get to test it yet but, I think if I make the edge with ctrl+i and then extrude the inner N-Gon inward, this problem appears. If I instead extrude the edge outward, it might work. Ill see.

Frank's Guide to Force Vector Design :: Geo Sections Video Up Now!

For the Geo sections you can turn on the resulting Force graphs, That helps shaping complex sections way much easier

Great tip! I tend to forget the resultant graphs exist since I usually use Force Sections except for simple things.

Nice little RMC ya got going there too. The element to the right of the stall, the zero-g type element that doesn't seem to want to complete it's rotation, looks pretty rad.
I would have gone for a geometric section for the first drop given the rotation, and for other elements like Outlaw's upward double barrel-roll, and then force for the rest. How come you went for geo for all of it though? I don't know RMC all that well yet, from a design stand-point at least, so more insight on their shaping and design process would be welcome.
