Exactly, forgot to change the link from the video.
Wholeheartedly agree. Something ought to be done.
Hello,
I have noticed that this forum has slowly begun to become spammed with "bots" and that it is starting to get out of control . I'm also worried that uploads of parks and new tracks have decreased and new content on the forum has dropped slowly. I'm just worried that here will head the same direction as NLE, as it's starting to look like it.
Anyone else feel or think the same way?
L'oiseau: A train does not fit on the track. Increase the track length of the track piece where the train will be placed at, or reduce the number of cars.
Cannot startup coaster 'L'oiseau' because of errors. It will be ignored in the Ride List Panel.

This is certainly possible. You can compute a decent approximation to the acceleration of a train as follows:
train.getCarOrientationAndPosition method to get the direction the train is facing, and you can use train.getSpeed() to get the magnitude of the train's velocity. Scale the former by the latter and you will get a velocity vector.1/tick to get an approximation to the acceleration vector of the train.Next, to break this up into vertical/lateral/longitudinal components, you can dot the acceleration vector with the desired component vector. That is, if you want to get the vertical g-force, take the dot product between the train's acceleration vector and the train's up vector, which you can get using train.getCarOrientationAndPosition again. Finally, you need to account for gravity, which you can do by simply adding the y component of the train's up vector. Just make sure to account for the fact that the acceleration calculation is in units m/s, while the gravity component will be in gs.
Then you can print out all these values, and they will be stored in the console, which you can access more easily with the nolimits2_log.txt file.

I had a dream last night where a new update was announced and the main new feature was alpine coasters, and I think it was advertised as the "Dollywood update" even tho the actual Dollywood itself doesn't have one.
That'd be fun. I'd also like to see Flying Turns-style bobsled coasters, steel bobsled coasters, RMC Raptor Track, Surf coaster vehicles for B&M stand-ups, etc. But also water rides like water coasters (all definitions), log flumes, rapids, etc with realistic water physics.
