Space Mountain - De la Terre à la Lune (From the Earth to the Moon)

Space Mountain, inaugurated at Disneyland Paris on June 1, 1995, is a ride based on Jules Verne's novel 'From the Earth to the Moon'. Passengers board a moontrain and are loaded into the Columbiad Canon which propels them into space. After avoiding meteorite showers and went throught a giant asteroid, they reach the Moon, inspired by a movie by Georges Méliès. They are attracted briefy by it before plunging back into a series of tight turns. Slowed down by a contraption called "Electro de Velocitor", they smoothly regain Earth.

This might be one of the greatest things I've ever seen in my life. It's absolutely perfect in every way. I'm just sad I didn't get the chance to ride the original. I was probably too small when my family went. I'm glad I have this though to experience it though. Hopefully it comes back in the future!

Words fail to accurately describe just how amazing this is! It takes me back to 2004 when I visited Disneyland Paris and you have accurately recreated every aspect of the Mountain, right down to the safety video in the queue line! Having the onboard soundtrack is a sheer delight to hear after all these years! Congratulations on a phenomenal job!

Best NL Recreation I´ve seen. Thank you! As a fan of SM this is a perfect memory of the original version. Maybe I´m too old ... but I don´t find a way to ride it. Can walk and fly around only?
Superbe simulation! On s'y croirait. Ce qui est d'autant plus signicatif que la ride n'existe plus. Ceci permet donc de revivre l'expérience malgré tout. Merci.

amazing! everything from timed audio to effects scripting, and models is just great. Work of art and is nearly as good if not better than the original ride that opened in paris.

I cannot seem to get it to auto dispatch... Pressing C at the block checks does not change anything for me? Trains not auto dispatching, anybody help? Am i missing something! it looks stunning the best i have ever seen!
One of the best themed coaster ever build in any parks in the world at that time
. Since it was destroyed by Disney with new shitty futuristic versions, my dream is to being able to walk the queue of this ride one more time like in my childhood. And with this project the dream is accessible, palpable, it's REAL !
As a tester of the project, I am proud to have been part of the team, with all the passionate fans who compose it.

Probably the best thing I've ever seen in NL2. Everything is perfect, the lights, the control panels, the trains, the audio, the e-stops JUST EVERYTHING.
This was fantastic! So much detail, and I love that we have to check all the blocks after an e-stop :D The audio was great as well, especially the announcement when you hit the e-stop button :)
Beautiful work! Tons of detail in the queue and ride experience. I loved the on-ride music being synced properly, the custom trains, and all of the other effects throughout. Great work, you should be quite proud!
