Scorpion | Vekoma Launch Coaster with Inverted Spike | Coaster 120 by Ben Jacobs Coaster Design

A concept for a Vekoma launch coaster with a multi-pass launch and a unique inverted spike.

Originally it was going to be more like Toutatis or Pantheon with a high-speed switch, but I didn't leave enough flat track to add the transfer track, so ended up getting rid of the first launch.

Stats:
Height (Spike): 51m (167ft)
Height (Top Hat): 46m (151ft)
Length: 1268m (4160ft)
Top Speed: 109kph (67.5mph)
Theoretical Capacity: 1662/hr - dispatch every 52 seconds, 24 riders per train
