The Tempest of Libertalia

Set in the secret, long abandoned, and forgotten Pirate town of Libertalia, The Tempest is an epic quest to find the great pirate treasure, hidden for centuries.
This wild RMC Topper track coaster is heavily influenced by both Wildfire at Kolmarden and Lightning Rod at Dollywood, taking pieces of both and adding them together into one intense and wild ride.
I wanted to produce a wide variety of sensations on this coaster, utilising a number of different methods to throw riders out of their chairs in every direction, from regular negative G's to sideways and upside down airtime.

There was a lot of love and effort put into this park. The theme is clear and well executed, the layout is long and thrilling, and the transitions are safe and believable. The effects were great and the landscape is beautiful. Definitely a solid 10!
Really like the theming with the rustic buildings you can walk through and the foliage is great, too. Ride itself also really nice, a good long exciting run . Excellent!
